Funky Jiro-style ramen

The ramen at Tsujita Annex in Sawtelle is special...in fact, it's more like udon, but is it ever tasty. Broth is fantastic, too. I was introduced to it by friends who went to Keio University in Japan, who frequented Ramen Jiro, where this ramen style originated. They say Jiro-san is the original "Soup Nazi" because he's pretty mean to his customers. (Sorry if the term offends anyone, but Jerry Seinfeld used it first.) Anyways, it is quite good!
